Like Charlotte worked her web to save Wilber's life, so I weave inspiring words to show the world and maybe save myself.

Well, it has been a while, and I thought I'd post to my blog before the family blog. I deserve it! Anyway, I am feeling pretty good, though still a bit tired from the trip to NYC. Man, I miss that place! But it is still so weird, especially driving there, to see no WTC on the horizon. It's really quite disorienting. Of course, the food made the whole trip worthwhile, as well as seeing my very own little brother sing at Carnegie Hall!! That's right, folks, my own brother, my blood relation, up there singing at the Hall, baby!! Wow. I've never known anyone personally that sang at Carnegie Hall, and now I have a close personal relationship with someone who has sung at CH. Go Eric! I am so proud. We did Dim Sum at the Golden Unicorn and Italian at Carmines. Yummy! The trip home was a breeze, the little TV worked wonders for the kids' dispositions. I am getting used to my commute, and things seem to be falling into place. Everyone starts back at school on Monday, so everything will be back to normal soon. I have cut back to once every two weeks on therapy. We will see how that works. I am oddly getting used to rising early in the morning and apart from having to get out of bed with Carl (always hard, even late), it is actually not bad.
